Taiwan Marketing Lead

Job Description

◎Main Duties Concurrently serving as the Interim Branch Manager of the Taiwan branch, this position manages and leads a small team (approximately 5 people) in the Taiwanese branch. As the Interim Branch Manager, this position is responsible for administrative tasks and other operational matters related to the Taiwanese branch. This position fosters the capabilities of Taiwanese branch staff and manages their individual performance. This position develops and implements a regional marketing plan for Epop to ensure its impact in the Taiwanese market. This position collaborates with the global and Taiwanese teams to lead the localization of global brand campaigns. This position effectively leads projects and identifies insights through retrospectives.

Qualifications

Taiwanese nationality Ability to communicate effectively in Korean or English At least 7 years of marketing experience in the IT industry, including content marketing, brand marketing, and performance marketing, or equivalent skills Experience consistently advancing your work in the marketing field Experience leading and achieving results in small organizations Proven experience growing mobile app services in Taiwan

Preferred

Experience working in a rapidly growing service or an environment already highly specialized in performance marketing. Experience collaborating with development or data analysis organizations and possessing a strong technical background. Experience directly operating on-demand media and demonstrating significant business results.
