Job Description

- Customer consultation and reservation management for overseas customers (messenger-based communication such as WhatsApp, Meta API, and email) - Social media channel management and content creation (using Canva and Photoshop) - Marketing material localization and document translation - Simple data organization and business report creation

Qualifications

- No experience, education, age, or gender required - Native English speaker level - TOPIC Level 5 or higher

Preferred

Native speakers preferred (visa required / visa required) - Experience in customer service related to hospitals, beauty clinics, dermatology clinics, or aesthetics - Experience with influencer marketing - Proficiency in Indonesian or Malaysian
