Job Description
* Core execution partner for global campaigns - Directly manage campaign operations and ensure performance in key markets such as North America, Southeast Asia, and Japan. - Lead key execution stages, from media planning and setup to creative testing and operational optimization. - Understand the KPIs and strategic context of each market and serve as a problem-solver during campaign deployment. * Global media operations expert and proactive performance strategy implementer - Expertly manages major global media platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter), quickly responding to platform-specific algorithms and the latest feature changes. - Proactively design and improve media mix, targeting strategies, and creative testing methods, reflecting consumer characteristics and advertising trends by country. - Going beyond simple operations, we act as a professional marketer partner through proactive experimentation and detailed performance analysis. - We analyze advertising efficiency and derive insights based on MMP data and advertising metrics to suggest performance improvement measures. * Practical Communication with Clients and External Partners - Lead practical communication on campaign progress and strategically connect client feedback and needs. - Communicate and suggest improvements to key advertising elements, including creatives, copy, and targeting.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a digital performance marketing agency, or experience collaborating with an agency as an in-house marketer. - Interested in advertising trends and cultures across various countries. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred
- Proficient in at least one of English, Cantonese, or Japanese and able to utilize those languages for work. - Experience with global campaigns for beauty, fashion, gaming, or app-based brands. - Proficient in the practical use of tracking tools such as MMP (Appsflyer). - Experience with international material planning or excellent language skills. - Experience with business solutions such as Figma and Jira.
