Job Description

We’re looking for a Producer & Editor (Motion Graphic) with a talent for big ideas, a passion for storytelling and video craft, and the ability to manage projects from concept through post-production. You are savvy with social trends, are an exceptional collaborator, and have a strong creative instinct across video editing, motion graphics, and production workflows. You are proactive with ideas, eager to push beyond the first right answer, and bring a real passion for creating impactful visual content. # Essential Responsibilities You'll Own - Works collaboratively with creative teams to shape concepts for pitches, campaigns, social media, and ads. - Leads video production workflows from pre-production planning through shooting and post-production delivery. - Edits video content and produces motion graphics to elevate storytelling and creative impact. - Proactively contributes conceptual and executional ideas to improve the quality of final deliverables. - Actively shares new editing techniques, style inspiration, and visual references to inspire creative teams. - Collaborates early and often with creative teams to develop treatment decks, storyboards, shot lists, and editing plans. - Manages production timelines, deliverables, schedules, and project coordination to ensure smooth execution. - Engages in a collaborative and client-friendly manner during review sessions and presentations. - Demonstrates flexibility and problem-solving skills for production or editing challenges during shoots. - Actively collaborates with creative, shooting, and media teams to ensure strong storytelling narratives are captured. - Assists in casting, managing talent, scouting locations, and overseeing props/wardrobe as needed - Conducts reference research and develops mood boards, concept boards, and storyboards to support creative direction. - Utilizes performance insights and platform trends to inform content creation and optimize future outputs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrate, evangelize and live the core values of DISRUPT. - 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and/or video production. - Skilled with Adobe editing suite (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.). - Demonstrable ability in video editing and motion graphics with a strong portfolio. - Experience producing and editing a range of content (social media ads, YouTube videos, campaign content, short-form video, etc.). - Strong attention to detail, storytelling, and visual quality. - Ability to manage production workflows, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively. - Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills. - Portfolio submission is mandatory.
