Job Description

We’re looking for a Producer who can lead video projects from concept to execution. You’ll manage production workflows, collaborate closely with creative teams, and ensure smooth delivery across timelines, budgets, and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and loves turning ideas into high-quality video outputs. # Essential Responsibilities You'll Own - Lead video production workflows from pre-production through shooting and post-production. - Manage production timelines, schedules, deliverables, and project coordination. - Collaborate with creative teams to shape concepts for campaigns, social content, and ads. - Develop treatment decks, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans. - Coordinate shoots, including talent, locations, props, and wardrobe as needed. - Troubleshoot production challenges with flexibility and strong problem-solving skills. - Collaborate with creative, shooting, and media teams to ensure strong storytelling narratives. - Participate in client review sessions and presentations in a collaborative, client-friendly manner. - Conduct reference research and support concept development and creative direction. Use performance insights and platform trends to inform production decisions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrate, evangelize and live the core values of DISRUPT. - 3+ years of experience in video production, project management, or related roles. - Skilled with Adobe editing suite (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.). - Demonstrable ability in video editing with a strong portfolio. - Experience producing and editing a range of content (social media ads, YouTube videos, campaign content, short-form video, etc.). - Strong attention to detail, storytelling, and visual quality. - Ability to manage production workflows, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively. Incorporate passion, excitement, and experience in ways that elevate the quality of agency deliverables. - Agency background or experience in fast-paced creative environments is a plus.
