Job Description

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer & Editor with a sharp creative eye, strong storytelling instincts, and a passion for crafting visually compelling video content. You’ll be responsible for editing, motion design, and elevating creative ideas through dynamic visual storytelling across social, digital, and campaign content. # Essential Responsibilities You'll Own - Edit video content and produce motion graphics to enhance storytelling and impact. - Collaborate with creative teams to shape concepts for pitches, campaigns, ads, and social media. - Contribute conceptual and executional ideas to improve creative output. - Share new editing techniques, style inspiration, and visual references to inspire teams. - Develop mood boards, concept boards, storyboards, and editing plans. - Ensure strong visual consistency, pacing, and storytelling across deliverables. - Work closely with producers and creatives to meet timelines and quality standards. - Optimize content based on platform trends and performance insights. - Produce a range of content including social ads, YouTube videos, campaign videos, and short-form content.

Qualifications

- Demonstrate, evangelize and live the core values of DISRUPT. - 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and/or video production. - Skilled with Adobe editing suite (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.). - Demonstrable ability in video editing with a strong portfolio. - Experience producing and editing a range of content (social media ads, YouTube videos, campaign content, short-form video, etc.). - Strong attention to detail, storytelling, and visual quality. - Ability to manage production workflows, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively. Incorporate passion, excitement, and experience in ways that elevate the quality of agency deliverables. - Agency background or experience in fast-paced creative environments is a plus.
