Job Description
💻 Here are the responsibilities you will be responsible for: • Develop and improve academic curricula and programs for U.S. middle and high schools • Design and operate a new educational program structure tailored to overseas university admission pathways • Manage academic administrative processes, including student registration and academic record management • Monitor student academic progress and provide university-focused study guides • Operate programs in collaboration with faculty and internal staff • Create documents, including learning materials, timetables, and operation manuals • Support the planning and operation of academic workshops and extracurricular and advanced programs • Other student guidance duties
Qualifications
🔎 We're looking for someone who: • Experience in curriculum development, academic planning, and school program management • Understanding of American and international high school curricula and overseas university admissions • Skilled in systematic document creation and administrative tasks • Proficient in using MS Office and digital learning and administrative systems • Ability to flexibly multitask in a structured environment • Ability to participate in program operations from a student-centered perspective • A bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university
Preferred
💛 It would be even better if you have the following experience or knowledge: • Experience working in the education field, such as at a school, academy, or educational institution • Experience in academic administration, program development, or school operations • Experience supporting students in college preparation or academic design • Experience using an LMS or Student Information System (SIS)
