- Spouses and minor children of foreign nationals in the teaching (E-1), research (E-3), technical guidance (E-4), specialty occupation (E-5), and specific activity (E-7) categories who have been issued a GOLD CARD for employment in the field of high science and technology.
Visa Requirements
- Application for authorization to issue a visa, a copy of your passport, and one standard-sized photograph.
- Proof of family relationship
- Marriage certificate, certificate of family relationship records, or birth certificate (for Chinese, resident ID card, marriage certificate, and family register)
- Proof of ability to support oneself
- Employment certificate, tax return, etc.
