Initial Phase: • Take charge of managing and streamlining the transfer operations for SentBe’s money transfer services, ensuring seamless processing and execution with minimal friction. • Provide world-class customer support across multiple channels (chat, phone, email) for customers, addressing inquiries and delivering impactful solutions related to transfers. • Develop innovative approaches to enhance the customer experience, ensuring that satisfaction is met and exceeded with every interaction. Growth Phase: • Lead the charge in designing and executing dynamic customer experience (CX) strategies, continuously optimizing performance and delivering measurable improvements. • Champion operational efficiency by refining systems and processes that drive impactful customer service (CS) outcomes. • Design and implement proactive lead generation strategies to identify and convert potential customers while maximizing business growth opportunities. • Drive collaboration across departments, fostering synergies that propel the execution of high-impact projects and enhance the organization's overall success

자격 요건

• Education: Associate degree or higher • Experience in customer consultation • Experience in multitasking across various customer service roles • Strong customer service mindset • No restrictions on international travel or business trips

우대 사항

• Excellent communication skill • A good command of the English language. • Experience in fintech, banking, or finance customer support roles.
