3D 디지털 트윈 사업 분야에서 제품 도입과 고객 만족을 촉진하기 위해, 기업 고객 관리,마케팅 콘텐츠 개발을 담당할 적극적이고 다재다능한 영업, 마케팅 및 CS 전문가를 찾습니다. 이 직무는 시장 조사, 콘텐츠 제작, 고객 지원 등을 통한 회사의 혁신적인 기술을 사용할 고객을 발굴하고 지원하는데 기여를 합니다. .* 영업 및 고객 지원 - 영업 전략 수립 및 고객과의 소통 지원 - 해외 주요 기업 고객 관리 및 지원 * 시장 조사 및 마케팅 콘텐츠 개발 - 시장 동향 파악 및 경쟁사 조사 - 블로그 게시물, 사례 연구, 온보딩 자료 등의 마케팅 자료 제작 * Customer Success 및 지원 - 고객 문의의 첫번째 접점으로서, 기술적 및 비기술적 문제 해결 지원 - 3D 디지털 트윈 제품에 대한 사용자 메뉴얼, FAQ, 가이드 개발 및 유지 관리 - 신규 고객 교육 및 온보딩 지원 * 고객 지표 관리, 보고 - 고객의 제품 사용 데이터를 모니터링 하여, 새로운 영업 기회 발굴 - 제품 사용 유지율, 고객 만족도, 매출 기요도 등의 주요 영업 지표 추적 및 보고 - 내부 팀과 고객의 인사이트를 공유하여 영업 전략을 개선하고 고객의 경험을 향상 * Sales and Customer Support - Develop sales strategies and support communication with customers - Manage and support key overseas corporate customers - Market Research and Marketing Content Development * Monitor market trends and conduct competitor research - Create marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, onboarding documents, etc. - Customer Success and Support * Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries - providing both technical and non-technical problem-solving support - Develop and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and guides for 3D digital twin products - Support new customer onboarding and training - Customer Metrics Management and Reporting * Monitor customer product usage - data to identify new sales opportunities - Track and report key sales metrics, such as product usage retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth - Share insights between internal teams and customers to improve sales strategies and enhance the customer experience

자격 요건

* 학력 : 비즈니스, 마케팅 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상 (또는 이에 상응하는 경력자) * 언어 : 일본어, 영어를 유창하게 듣고, 쓰고, 말할 수 있는 분 * 경력 : B2B 사업 환경에서 영업, 마케팅 또는 고객 지원 직무 경험 2년 이상 * 역량 - 내부 부서와 외부 고객과의 탁월한 소통 능력 (언어 및 문서) - 새로운 도구와 기술을 배우고 적응하려는 의지 - Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM 소프트웨어(Hubspot), Zendesk, Jira, Illustrator 등과 같은 도구 사용에 익숙 - 영업 및 매출 데이터를 해석하고 분석하는 능력 * Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Languages: Fluency in listening, speaking, and writing in Japanese and English * Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer support in a B2B business environment
