- Research and analyze trends in key global target markets - Plan and produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) - Discover and build relationships with global influencers - Oversee content creation workflows and cross-functional collaboration - Track marketing campaign KPIs and improve performance through data-driven insights

자격 요건

- Have a strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) - Are passionate about K-beauty, skincare, and trends in global beauty markets - Can ideate and execute content independently from concept to post - Are proactive, organized, and love solving problems creatively - Have experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resources

우대 사항

- Business-level English proficiency (essential for cross-border communication) - Valid work visa if you’re a non-Korean national - 2-3 years experience in the global marketing field - Skilled in video editing and using creative tools (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, AI tools, etc.) - Experience growing brand social channels or managing creator accounts - Understanding of branding across digital touchpoints
