PLURY is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Design & Marketing Associate who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. The core of this role is design, from crafting brand-aligned visuals to shaping the aesthetic direction of our digital and offline materials. At the same time, this is a hybrid position that supports various teams across marketing, customer experience, and operations. The Design & Marketing Associate will also be working closely with the CEO. Key Responsibilities: - Design brand-aligned social media assets, brochures, presentations, marketing materials, and web page layouts - Create and curate high-quality visuals for PLURY's social media channels, website, and blog - Maintain and develop PLURY's brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints - Assist with product packaging concepts, visual guidelines, and brand storytelling elements - Coordinating with external designers, editors or agencies - Organizing brand asset libraries - Support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns - Assists with content scheduling, community engagement, and light social media management - Conduct research on design trends, aesthetic direction, and competitor visual strategies - Support with basic website updates using WordPress/Elementor Potential Additional Responsibilities (Depending on Project Needs): - Provide concierge-style support to ultra high-net worth and VVIP cell therapy customers (welcome, communication, operational coordination) - Contribute to a premium customer experience and high satisfaction during treatments and visits - Assist with coordination and operational tasks related to the development of PLURY's premium wellness clinic in Seoul - Collaborate with product development teams on the visual direction for future B2C skincare products - Support sales and operations teams when needed - Assist with event preparation, photoshoots, and content creation sessions - Assist with small admin items related to ops

자격 요건

- Background in design (visual communication, graphic design, UI design, or similar) - Advanced skills in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop - Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of premium/luxury design - Basic understanding of social media platforms (IG, TikTok) and visual trends - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment - Familiarity with brand guidelines and how to apply them consistently - At least 1–2 years of professional experience in design - High fluency in English required - Korean citizenship or F-visa required - Strong attention to detail - High adaptability - Positive, proactive attitude - Strong organizational skills - Comfortable interacting with high-end clients (for potential concierge tasks)

우대 사항

- Good Korean skills preferred - WordPress/Elementor experience is a strong plus - Some experience in marketing is preferred
