Responsibilities Class Preparation 1. Review and understand the Wini Play curriculum in advance to conduct the class confidently. 2. Manage children’s check-in and check-out smoothly and ensure a safe and pleasant handover to parents. 3. Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment. Class Instruction & Planning 1. Lead classes following the established curriculum. 2. Plan and develop new classes in addition to existing programs. Post-Class Tasks 1. Write a Class Observation Report for each child after every session.

자격 요건

Native or near-native English proficiency Eligible visa types: 1. F visa 2. H-1 visa (minimum 6 months validity) 3. D visa (with a valid work permit) Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can actively play and interact Proactive, reliable, punctual, flexible, and a strong team player Experience in early childhood education or similar fields is a plus

Candidates with coursework or experience in early childhood education or related fields are preferred.

Compensation Hourly rate: 12,000–20,000 KRW, depending on our internal pay scale. Working Hours The center operates from 12 PM to 6 PM, with three 2-hour sessions per day.
