Job Description 1. Analyze clients’ financial status and provide comprehensive financial planning 2. Establish long-term financial goals with clients and develop customized strategies 3. Design insurance plans and deliver tailored insurance product recommendations 4. Advise clients on financial products and services, and conduct product sales 5. Identify new prospective clients and manage relationships with existing clients 6. Ensure full compliance with insurance and financial regulations and policies 7. Provide financial solutions aligned with clients’ needs and life goals 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and manage performance 9. Support clients throughout the insurance claim and approval process Compensation at Shinhan Life is primarily commission-based, with a clear and structured pathway toward higher earnings through leadership and organizational growth. This role offers flexibility and performance-based growth, and is not structured as a fixed-salary position.
자격 요건
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts to clients - High level of diligence, integrity, and professionalism - Self-motivated and achievement-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously without fixed working hours - Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills - Attention to detail with a client-focused mindset - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment - Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in finance, insurance, and consulting - Proficiency in Korean (Fluent) - Applicants must hold a valid F-Visa (Non-Koreans)

Compensation & Support Structure This position is 100% commission-based. Training Allowance: KRW 1.5million, provided upon passing the required qualification exam. New Consultant Activity Support: KRW 3 million (optional / conditional). New Consultant Settlement Support: KRW 2 million to 10 million, paid monthly upon meeting performance requirements. (The program is scheduled to be revised starting in 2026.) Professional Training Programs: Access to both online and offline training conducted by certified professional instructors. Ongoing Sales & Certification Support: Continuous education related to sales activities, along with support for obtaining relevant professional licenses. Overseas Incentive Trips: 2–3 overseas trips per year, provided upon achieving performance targets.
