Visa expiration date

Just to confirm, you can stay in Korea until the date written on the back of your ARC card for your visa, not the date listed in your employment contract. For example, if my employment contract ends on April 1, but my ARC shows that my visa is valid until April 10, would it be okay for me to stay until that date?

Reporting Internship for the first time

Hi guys! i have an internship for the first time on D-10 visa. The contract stated that starting date is 16th march (yesterday) but i will probably send out the fax tomorrow (18th) because i just got the other documents from my company today. Is it okay? or does the starting date have to be like a week after? Also, i don’t have my ARC yet. do i just send the part in my passport where it states i have D-10?

학생비자 상태에서 학교 거의 안 가면 비자 취소될까요?

안녕하세요. 비자 관련해서 궁금한 게 있어서 글 올립니다. 저는 현재 한국에서 학생비자로 대학을 다니고 있고 등록금도 이미 낸 상태라서 제 비자는 7월말일까지 유효합니다. 원래는 그때까지 수업을 끝내고 출국할 예정이었는데, 가족 문제 때문에 5월에 한국을 떠나야 할 것 같아요. 그래서 문제는, 수업이 7월까지인데 제가 5월에 출국하면 학기를 끝까지 못 마칠 것 같다는 점입니다. 출국 전까지 친구랑 한국에서 여러 곳을 여행하고 계획한 것도 있어서 학교를 거의 못 가거나 아예 안 갈 수도 있는 상황입니다. 궁금한 점은: - 수업을 거의 안 가거나 아예 안 가면 학교에서 출석 문제로 비자를 취소하거나 신고할 수 있나요? - 학생비자를 유지하려면 그래도 가끔은 출석해야 하나요? - 어차피 5월에 출국할 예정인데 출석 안 해도 큰 문제는 없는지 궁금합니다. 혹시 비슷한 경험 있으신 분이나 아시는 분 계시면 답변 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
