- Maximum length of stay that can be granted once: 2 years.
Visa Candidate
- Those who meet the training conditions prescribed by the Minister of Justice and wish to receive training at a domestic industrial company.
- Those who wish to receive training at an industrial organization that has made a direct investment in a foreign country under the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act.
- An industrial company that exports technology to a foreign country and wishes to receive training at an industrial company recognized by the Minister of Justice as requiring technical training.
- Those who wish to receive training at an industrial organization that exports industrial equipment to a foreign country under the Foreign Trade Act.
Visa Requirements
- Application form (Exhibit 34), passport, and one standard-sized photograph.
- Copy of local business license
- A copy of the invitee's employment certificate and passport issued by the head of the local corporation
- Proof of Korean language proficiency
- Training plan to confirm the training contents
- Guarantee of the sponsor's identity
- Documents to prove that the sponsoring company is an authorized training company
- Documents proving the number of permanent domestic workers required to calculate the number of trainees.
- Other documentation of the training environment, such as the availability of training facilities and adequate accommodations.
