- Scope of Activities
- Company management, trade, commercial business
- Installation/operation/maintenance of export facilities (machinery)
- Supervision of shipbuilding, equipment manufacturing
- 1 Maximum period of stay that can be granted once: 2 years.
Visa Candidate
- Company management trade for profit business
- A trader who has been assigned a unique trade business number by the head of the Korea International Trade Association in accordance with the Foreign Trade Act and the Foreign Trade Management Regulations.
- Installation, operation, and maintenance of export equipment (machinery)
- A person who is dispatched or invited to an industrial equipment (machinery) introducing company to provide the necessary technology for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the equipment.
- Supervision of shipbuilding and equipment manufacturing
- Persons dispatched to supervise shipbuilding and industrial equipment manufacturing (dispatched by the owner or a specialized service provider designated by the owner)
- Company management, for-profit business
- Persons who establish a company in Korea to manage a business or engage in commercial activities.
Visa Requirements
- Trade Visa Scoring System applicants
- Scored 60 or more points out of a total of 160 points in the trade visa scoring system, with at least 10 points in the required categories.
- Authorization requirements
- Business registration must be completed in the applicant's name.
- The applicant has not violated any immigration laws within three years prior to the date of application.
- Documents to be submitted
- Application form, passport copy
- Copy of business license
- Copy of trade license (issued by the Korea International Trade Association)
- Original and copy of joint business agreement (in case of joint business)
- Lease agreement
- Proof of scoring system
- For trade performance, submit "Export and Import Performance Certificate" issued by the head of the Korea International Trade Association
- Experience certificate, diploma, education certificate, etc. for expertise in the trade field
- Other proof of capital, TOPIK score sheet, certificate of completion of social integration program, etc.
- A person who is dispatched or invited to an industrial equipment (machine) introduction company to provide the necessary skills for installation/operation/maintenance of the equipment.
- Visa issuance authorization application, passport copy, 1 standardized photo
- Letter of invitation
- Equipment introduction contract or proof of industrial equipment introduction
- Dispatch order
- A copy of the business license of the inviting company or a certificate of full corporate registration.
- Annual tax payment certificate
- Persons dispatched to supervise shipbuilding and industrial equipment production
- Visa issuance authorization application, passport copy, one standardized photo
- Letter of invitation
- Copy of the contract
- Dispatch order
- A copy of the inviting company's business license or a copy of all corporate registration items
- Annual tax certificate
