- Maximum period of stay: 5 years
Visa Candidate
- A person who provides advanced industrial technology that is not available in Korea to domestic public corporations and institutions.
- A person who is dispatched by a foreign service provider to provide technology belonging to a specialized field of industry.
- Providing specialized technologies introduced by domestic industrial companies.
Visa Requirements
- Visa issuance authorization application, passport, and one standardized photograph.
- Documents related to the establishment of a construction organization: business license, foreign-invested enterprise registration certificate, branch establishment license, etc.
- Copy of technology introduction contract notification certificate, technology introduction contract (or service contract), or defense contractor designation letter
- Dispatch order (or certificate of employment)
